For your total financial peace of mind in booking your holiday villa or apartment, we require only a 25% deposit to secure your booking. You may pay this online via our PayPal account which is totally secure and you no longer need to have a PayPal account to pay via your credit card. Simply 'click' the credit card strip at the foot of the page. Your deposit is then insured by your card company and the balance is payable to our local representative who will visit you soon after your arrival and ensure everything is in order.

We offer all clients personalised attention and 24 hour emergency help. We take care of cleaning and maintenance of gardens and swimming pools in all our holiday villas and apartments. If you need additional services, just ask, we would be delighted to help you!

 

About Menorca

Menorca (Minorca) is the third largest of the Balearic Islands approx. 30 x 15miles (50 x 22Km) in the Mediterranean sea. It is very easy to see much of the island during your stay in one of our private villas with swimming pool or holiday apartments.

Menorca is friendly and safe with interesting historical towns such as Mahon and Ciutadella where there are buildings with traditional architecture as well as modern shopping boutiques.

Mahon has the 2nd largest natural harbour in the world and is visited by many cruise liners and yachts. It is also possible to take a pleasure trip around the harbour on flat bottom boats with commentary about its history.

 
Minorca has been named as a European site of scientific interest with many bird sanctuaries, beautiful country walks and rich archaeological sites.

Many of our holiday rental villas and apartments are situated close to the beautiful sandy beaches - Son Bou, Cala Blanca, Cala en Blanes, Binibeca, Arenal del Castel, Cala en Bosch and Cala'n Porter being some of the most popular.

Cala'n Porter with a magnificent beach is only 15 minutes from the airport by taxi or car and has many restaurants, bars, 3 supermarkets, 2 children's play areas and various shops.

The magnificent sandy beach is very safe for children and has loungers, sun-shades and pedalos etc. for hire. On the promenade there are several snack bars. It can be accessed by car down a short paved road with parking at the bottom, or on foot by a stairway. It is no more than a fifteen minute walk from all of our holiday villas or apartments to the town.

All prices of Easyaway rental villas or apartments are fully inclusive including all linen, towels and cleaning (apart from bathing towels). Garden and swimming pool service is provided in the cost of the villa rental / apartment rental and we have a local representative on call at all times.

Car hire is not essential as there is a superb regular bus service to most places on Minorca island and there are regular coach tours available in most towns.
